Community Guidelines
Vocem uses various social media platforms to communicate with users. In particular WhatsApp is used to communicate daily regional updates to users if they choose to join our WhatsApp Community.​

By joining on WhatsApp you agree to follow our community guidelines:
- Users must follow WhatsApp Terms of Use.
- Users take full responsibility for any content they choose to share.
- Vocem will remove any comments that it deems inappropriate, graphic, offensive, harmful, misleading, in violation of any law, containing spam or personal promotion or which are detrimental to the Community for any other reason. Users posting this content will be removed from the Community.

Privacy in the WhatsApp Community:
- If you join the Community, under current WhatsApp settings* your screen name, picture and phone number will be visible only to the administrator, and to any other members who are already in your contacts. More information on this from WhatsApp here.
- If you post a reply or reaction to an Announcement post then your picture and screen name and part of your phone number will be visible to all other members as part of your reply. This can be avoided by sending any comments/queries to info@thisisvocem.com instead of replying to an Announcement. Please note though that the information contained in Vocem updates is merely collated from official sources and Vocem will not have the ability to answer questions or receive feedback meant for the original source organisation.
- Users can choose to withdraw from the group at any time. Instructions on how to do this can be found here.
* Please note that WhatsApp is a separate company and can change Community features at any time. We will do our best to notify you of any relevant changes as soon as we become aware. WhatsApp Privacy Policy can be found here.
